Our Velopark proposal is about cycling before all
else……
This is not about flights of architectural fantasy
or wonders of structural gymnastics……
This about the considered design of a regional
community cycling facility whose iconic status
comes from its intelligent utilisation rather than
its impact on the skyline…..
Finsbury Park Community Centre rather than
the Skylon. To design for a community
requires us to understand what they want and
need…..
And to help them understand what they can
have….

….finds it hard to start without the whole picture

….uses the bionic man algorithm (invented by Ed, the
philosopher)
