- 8. 8 VELVET cigarbar “East Village localsavory.” “ T his lounge radiates old boy’s club exclusivity; plush leather couches and chairs all face inward, so one step inside the tiny space (and past the requisite Indian chief) and you’ll end up surrounded by stogies-chomping regulars in the midst of barbershop-esque conversation. Within the glass cases, you’ll find boxes of all the popular brands—Churchill, Esplendido, and Toro—as well as intricate Velvet brand cutters and lighters. - 12. 12 A complete re-layout ofthe space that included removing the existing wall tiles and floors, double sink vanity, bathtub and standing shower to create space for a larger walk-in shower and single sink while keeping the existing plumbing as is. The toilet was relocated to the location of the previous shower and the new open shower was positioned in the location of where the previous bathtub was with a seamless entry. “A spa inspired urban oasis.” MASTERBATH residential

- 16. 16 A s the childrenoutgrew their shared room, there was a goal to maximize space making it playful and functional all within 200 sf. They wanted a room where they can swing and climb safely. The collaborative design is a magical space unlike no other: a playful world for them to monkey around with disc swings and climbing walls. The built in beds are extra long twin beds outfitted with a trundle bed/crawl space for overnight guests. “Urban indoor playground.” KIDSROOM residential
