 Work as part of a team with coworkers, developers, managers.
 Communicate results in clear, actionable, reproducible form. Use best judgment but ask questions as needed.
Project highlights (most recent to least recent):
 Working directly with Windows 10 developer/manager teams, tested for usability with NVDA and Magnifier.
 When not meeting with teams, independently tested Windows 10 insider builds as they were released.
 Did structured and unstructured testing: followed scenarios, checked regressions, explored, found and reported new
bugs.
 Checked SQL Server Reporting Services, a complex Web application, for Section 508 compliance.
 Tested weekly Windows 10 builds for accessibility and usability.
 Tested same scenarios on Surface Pro 3, Windows Phone. Tested with Narrator, Magnifier, high contrast.

 Adapted existing class handouts to create 12 handouts with 92 pages of large print.
 Paced lectures and designed demonstrations to tailor classes to novice low-vision students.
 Planned, set up for, and cleaned up after 27 class sessions.
 Thoroughly understood the introductory Word, Excel, e-mail, and Web skills I was teaching.
 Learned ZoomText and MAGic so that I could teach it to students.
 Taught a two-hour Excel lesson to one student, ending with the student creating and understanding a small spreadsheet.
