To verify that the output signal is the desired, measurements ODG (Objective Difference Grade) which is a measure of quality based on PEAQ (Perceptual Evaluation of Audio Quality) obtaining an average value of - 0.482appears a result indicating a relatively imperceptible noise.

The purpose of this study was to construct the fatigue test load spectrum for use in the high speed
maglev vehicleswing rod.Based on the measured load spectrum of the high speed maglev vehicle running
gear,the relatively poor condition and location of the swing rod was determined, according to the statistics and
analysis the load data of swing rod. With the rain-flow cycle quantile extrapolation, a high degree confidence
load spectrum was obtained in view of the differential damage among the different tests. The eight level
one-dimensional load spectrum after mean equivalent processing was established, by applying the Goodman to
correct mean stress effect on the fatigue strength and life; The stresses under the loadswere calculated using the
ANSYSsimulation.The fatigue life obtained from the programmed load spectrum is compared with that
calculated from measured load data using Miner theory,and the accuracy and validation of the programmed
load spectrum for thehigh speed maglev vehicleswing rodwere verified.

Fixture conceptual design is based on the analysis of the required functions and requirements,
on the basis of establishing the function of the fixture structure model, then carries on the function
decomposition and allocation, to generate the design constraints of fixture layout and structure, finally it is
concluded that reasonable fixture function structure diagram output. Fixture conceptual design is the whole
fixture design automatically decide the key stage of technical and economic benefits in the process. This paper
based on Petri net model and simulation method study, and put it into the fixture conceptual design. With a
brace of fixture design methods as an example, at the same time, using the Petri net .model simulation software
CPNtools on the technical process model and simulation of fixture design, Eventually effective method prove
that Petri net has worked well in the fixture conceptual design.

For the machining of large thin work piece, this paper proposes a adaptive compensation
processing method based on the thickness measuring device. This method first by using CMM obtain the actual
coordinates of cutter location point after rough machining, and then adaptive obtain thickness measuring point.
Thickness measuring device are used to get the actual work piece thickness values of the measuring point, and
interpolation to obtain the actual thickness values of all CL points, then obtain compensation value of all CL
points by compared the thickness value and the ideal value. Finally to thin wall grid machining as an example
show that this method can effectively ensure the machining accuracy.
