This document proposes a facility building at the Dematagoda Running Shed premises. The 158 square meter building will house changing rooms, offices, and a library for railway workers. It will have solid exterior walls with interior greenery and void spaces. Sustainable strategies include cross ventilation, solar power generation, and rainwater protection. Construction will use bricks, concrete, zinc roofing and aluminum doors. The estimated total cost is approximately 5 million Sri Lankan rupees.
