9. SCOPE OF WORK- ONE BHEL
•Project: Appointment of ERP Consultant
•Consultant would seamlessly integrate & coexist with ERP product OEM,
implementation partner and other agencies.
•Consultant, ERP product OEM, and implementation partner shall be either
jointly or severally responsible for the performance of ERP system.
•Scope of work, obligations, deliverables and any other instructions by the
Owner post award, deemed to be the Consultant’s obligation.

CONDITIONS MARKS
The Bidder should be an organization in operation for the last 7 years as on
01st Oct’ 2011 in India providing ERP consultancy services. Deloitte started its
operations in March, 2000.

base to provide the ERP consultancy services

PSU/Govt. organizations in last 7 years.

14. RISKS

15. PROJECT PLAN PROPOSED
• PM1 – Project Plan-Project Plan describing the methodology and resources that the
Consultant shall deploy in the design, management, coordination,

the “ONE BHEL” requirements.
