2. Bilang doktor ng 2012, ang aking pangunahing priyoridad ay
ang kalusugan ng bayan, at ang tanging mithiin ko ay ang
kagalingan at kabutihan ng mamamayan.

3. Ang aking galing, na hinubog ng kaalaman at
karanasan, ay gagamitin lamang para sa paggaling ng
mga maysakit at hindi upang manakit ng iba.

4. Sa abot ng aking makakaya, maglilingkod ako sa kapwa nang walang
pag-iimbot at nang walang kinikilingan. Patas na pakikitungo at
wastong paraan ng panggagamot ang aking alay sa bawat pasyente.

5. Ang aking mga pasyente ay laging una sa isip sapagkat sila’y
nakahihigit sa aking sariling kapakanan. Hindi matutumbasan ng
kikitaing salapi ang kalakasa’t kagalingang kakamtin ng maysakit.

6. Sisiguraduhin kong ang yamang inukol para sa serbisyong medikal ay napupunta
sa mga nangangailangan. Ako’y makikipag-ugnayan sa iba’t ibang sangay ng
lipunan, at gayundin sa mga kapwa doktor, upang mas makalikom para sa kaban
ng sektor pangkalusugan.

7. Igagalang ko ang mga
karapatan ng aking mga
pasyente, kapwa-
doktor, at buong
sangkatauhan. Ituturing
kong sagrado ang
buhay at dignidad ng
bawat tao sa aking
paligid.

8. Walang pagmamalabis kong susundin ang mga batas ng
bansang Pilipinas at ang mga patakaran ng sangay
pangkalusugan, panloob man o pandaigdigan.

9. Hangga’t ako’y naglilingkod bilang manggagamot, sisikapin
kong lalong mapalago ang aking kaalamang pangkalusugan
sa pamamagitan ng pananaliksik at patuloy na pag-aaral.

10. Bilang huwaran ng pamayanan, ako ay mamumuhay sa
isang payak, matuwid, at marangal na paraan, nang walang
naaapi o naaapakan.

11. Lalahok ako sa mga gawaing magtataas sa antas ng kalusugan ng
bansa at magdudulot ng kaunlaran at karangalan ng lipunan. Ako’y
mag-uukol ng panahon sa pagbibigay ng tulong medikal sa mga
maliliit na komunidad.

hangarin kong maging kasangkapan
ng matapat na paglilingkod,
pagkakawang-gawa, at pagmamahal
sa kapwa.
