Jerry May and Maria Jenena Benjamin, siblings and legal heirs of the late Jerry and Wilsie Benjamin, sold their rights to a housing unit named GK Felicity in Malacañang Dulo, Parañaque City to Gilcerio A. Melloso for ₱200,000. The deed of sale was signed by the parties and notarized, transferring ownership of the property from the siblings to the buyer.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESEPRESENTS:
THAT, we, Jerry May and Maria Jenena, all surnamed Benjamin, Filipino,
legal age, and both single are the children of the late SPS. Jerry and Wilsie
Benjamin, werethe lawfulbeneficiaries of the housing programat the Felicity
Dulo named GK Felicity located in Malacañang Dulo, ParañaqueCity, hereinafter
referred to as “SELLER/VENDOR”.
THAT, for and in consideration of the sum of ₱ 200,000.00, Philippine
Currency, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged to our entire satisfaction, we
hereby sell, transfer and convey by we of absolute sale 1 GK unit of our parents
located at the abovemention address unto the said GLICERIO A. MELLOSO,
Filipino, legal age, widower and a resident of Michael Rua cor. IsraelSt., Don
Bosco, ParañaqueCity, all our privileges under the program, hereinafter referred
to as the “BUYER/VENDEE”.
So, witness whereof, we havehere unto affixed or hands this ______ of October
