Câu 1: Dựa trên mô tả và số liệu anh/chị hãy thiết lập mối quan hệ (relationship) giữa các
bảng (table).
Câu 2: Bằng công cụ truy vấn (Query) hãy:
a/. Tạo query có tên cau2a cho biết những khách hàng nào đang dùng sim điện thoại
có đầu số là 0909 (4 ký tự đầu của số sim là 0909), như mẫu sau:
b/. Tạo query có tên cau2b cho biết những khách hàng nào đang dùng sim điện thoại
được đăng ký trong tháng 7 (năm nào cũng được), như mẫu sau:

Ý nghĩa của các nút lệnh:
1. Về trước: Di chuyển về trước mẫu tin hiện hành một mẫu tin.
2. Về sau: Di chuyển về sau mẫu tin hiện hành một mẫu tin.
3. Thêm: Thêm một mẫu tin mới.
4. Lưu: Lưu lại mẫu tin đang cập nhật.
5. Đóng: Đóng form cập nhật danh mục sim.

Khi Người sử dụng chọn mã khách hàng ở combo box thì:
- Họ tên và số CMND phải thay đổi giá trị tương ứng với mã khách vừa chọn.
- Hiển thị tất cả các số sim đã đăng ký từ trước đến nay ở SubForm.
