Every year in October, tens of thousands of pilgrims come to Iasi, Romania to worship the holy relics of St. Paraskeva. The Iasi Feast brings spiritual experiences and colors the old walls of the city with joy and purity of soul. Iasi City Hall hosts numerous visitors from Romania and abroad with an extensive program of events to honor the holidays, including military band concerts, the traditional White Night event, and a grand anniversary concert accompanied by fireworks. The pilgrims receive a traditional holiday meal on October 14th and the Divine Liturgy of the Holy Mother Paraskeva is held for the first time on the Pedestrian Street "Stephen the Great".
