stakeholders.

16.  This Key Area focuses on the administrative and
financial aspects of leading a school. It helps to
facilitate the school heads in understanding
administrative rules and guidelines issued by the
respective state governments, as well as an
understanding of school finances, budgeting and
utilization of funds. While leading a school,
management of physical and human resources is
important and this area explores the various
dimensions of effectively dealing with resources.
This key area becomes significant as it also
attempts to help the school heads build an
effective database system, and lead school
transformation with informed decision-making.
