8. YOU MIGHT NOT ENJOY THIS CLASS IF…
• You think it’s useless to discuss issues like
race/ethnicity, class, gender, sexuality,
inequality, privilege, and oppression.
• You think you deserve A’s without doing much
work.
• You hate working in groups.
• You really don’t want to be part of
your community.
• You don’t enjoy trying to see things
from other people’s perspectives.

9. YOU SHOULD TAKE THIS CLASS IF…
• You have an OPEN MIND.
• You enjoy learning.
• You are interested in social justice.
• You want to give back to your
community.
