Was awarded the United States Army Intelligence & Security Command FY12 Supply
Excellence Award as was also chosen to receive the United States Army Chief of Staff unit level
Supply Excellence Award.
Was contacted on several occasions from the office of the Property Book Unit Enhanced
(PBUSE) headquarters to provide support to several unit’s that were deployed in Afghanistan to
configure the Automated Information Technology System (AIT).
Supervised and implemented all armored upgrades to all of the unit’s HUMVEE’s ahead of
scheduled time line to be completed.

April 1994 US Army 1st Armor Training Brigade, Fort Knox, KY
To Supply Technician
May 1996
Served as the supply technician in charge of procurement and fielding equipment for the 1st
Armor Training Brigade. Proficient in ULLS S-4 and DOD acquisition systems. Turned-in life
cycled armor equipment and track vehicles. When equipment had to be serviced through the
next higher depot, had all tags and necessary 10 level equipment for operation. In charge of
distribution of new fielded equipment to personnel with classes to train the trainer.
2. November 1996 US Army 62nd Engineers Battalion, Fort Sill, OK
To Supply Technician
June 1999
Served as the supply technician for 250 personnel in an engineer battalion. Was responsible
for ordering and distribution of supplies and heavy land mover equipment. Used ULLS S-4 and
other DOD systems to order and turn-in life cycled equipment. Conducted numerous train the
trainer classes to field new equipment. Supervised four personnel for their personal and
professional growth. Conducted ten level maintenance on land mover vehicles and weapons.
Chosen as the armorer for the Battalion for three years. In charge of one property book valued in
excess of $20,000,000 with no discrepancies to the Battalion. Proficient in LIW to track serial
numbers which was not on property book before turn-in and shipped parts to the correct unit
when a discrepancy was found. Shipped weapons through DOL with all levels of maintenance
conducted.
June 2005 US Army 2-14 Infantry Battalion, Fort Drum, NY
To Supply Technician
December 2010
Served as the primary supply sergeant for 2-14 IN BN. Was chosen by the Battalion
Commander as a Private First Class to go to each unit’s supply room to ensure each unit’s needs
and supply personnel was trained on the Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced computer system
as well as ensuring that the unit passed the higher commands inspections. Was in charge of a
property book valued in excess of $30,000,000 with no discrepancies while I was at Fort Drum,
NY. Was trained on several new equipment packages and fielded equipment to the Battalion.
Supervised ten personnel on personal and professional needs to include disciplinary issues if they
arose. Served as the unit deployment officer to ensure all property and equipment was accounted
for before and after shipment to Iraq. Was chosen as the rear command post NCOIC while
deployed. Ensured all troops had the necessary equipment and supplies to sustain for long
periods of time without reset. All up-armor vehicles were completed before the set time frame
from Brigade Commander. Was in charge of all theater equipment and vehicles valued in excess
of $100,000,000 with no discrepancies to the Unit Commander. Turned all theater equipment
before scheduled time to allow the unit to come back to the states ahead of schedule. Was in
charge of all reset of equipment and supplies upon return to the United States.
June 2011 US Army 741ST Military Intelligence Battalion, Fort Meade, NY
To SeniorSupply Technician
June 2016
Served as the senior supply sergeant for the 741st MI BN. Held the GPC card for the
procurement and distribution of equipment and supplies for the entire Battalion. Advised four
Company Commanders and the Battalion Commander on all equipment issues and life cycled
equipment ready for turn-in. Conducted several meetings a week with other supply technicians
on the fielding of the Automatic Identification Technology systems. In control of four property
3. books valued at approximately $8,000,000 with no losses to any Commander. Was chosen by
the Brigade S4 OIC to showcase my supply room for the Command Supply Excellence Award
Program in 2012 and was chosen as the best supply room in INSCOM as well as the Department
of the Army. Always checked three sources of supply to save government funds before making
a purchase. Planned and turned-in all life cycled equipment that was directed or excess in a
timely manner to avoid excess pile up of equipment. Worked closely with the Battalion
Executive Officer to ensure all phases of logistics were planned and executed in a timely matter.
All budget issues were made by myself and the Battalion XO. Supervised and counseled nine
personnel in two different sections on personal and professional issues. Ensured all Soldiers
strived for the highest standard and maintained their professional attitude at all times.
