CAREER HISTORY
HP CDS TeamLead & Technical Engineer Level III Feb 2001 - present
My role as ‘Team Lead’ within HP CDS is based on the HP managed contract at Syngenta covering three
sites, Bracknell, Guildford and London, expanding to all Syngenta UK Sites when deputising for the Service
Delivery Manager, ensuring the contractual services provided by HP are met and delivered.
Administrative Responsibilities include:
 Team Lead for HP CDS Desk-Side Support Teams based on the Syngenta contract
 Appraisals / PDIP management & recruitment
 Health & Safety management & compliance
 Procurement reporting, monitoring stock levels and costs
 Chairing conference calls & support team meetings with both UK & European counterparts
 Month end reporting for Engineers Stats & Service Improvement Plans
 Meeting the contracted SLA together with a high level of first time fixes
 Hands and eyes support to third party teams
 Document and share best practices
 Maintain site specific IT documentation & Site Management guides
 Follow both HP CDS and Syngenta Security requirements including data management
 Manage projects & NSSR requests
 Be the 1st line contact & escalation point for Syngenta SM and HP ADM for day to day issues
 Responding to customer feedback and SLA breach reports
 Capture the workload of non-ticketed activities
 Ensure readiness of backfill engineers to the contract
