his family’s business, G Companies, in 2007. He is the president and founder of Levendi
Winery, which opened in 2000, as well. He has also worked as a music producer, a night
club promoter, a real estate developer, and he is the president of a portfolio management
company. He is a talented businessman who has worked in several different industries.

David Gianulias is the president and
chief executive officer (CEO) of G
Companies, which is a real estate
development and home building
company. His father and his
grandfather were both homebuilders,
and he is continuing their legacy. He
joined the company in 1996, and
created Silver Oaks Community, which
added to the more than 60,000 homes
that this grandfather built. Gianulias
also created Cal Star Development in
1995. This company works with
foreclosures, and it works with HUD
and nonprofit organizations to make
“The American Dream” program
possible.

A Long Family Legacy
David Gianulias comes from a long
legacy of successful businessmen and
humanitarians. His grandfather,
Charles Hester, was one of the
original home builders in Orange
County, California. He also helped
Walt Disney complete Disneyland.
Charles Hester built and sold more
than 60,000 homes throughout his
career, and was a well-known
philanthropist and humanitarian.
Gianulias is carrying on that legacy
by creating Silver Oaks Community,
and adding to the homes built by his
family company. He is also an active
humanitarian.

An Avid Sports fan
David Gianulias is a businessman and an avid sports fan. He loves playing golf and
tennis. He also enjoys outdoor sports such as mountain biking, skiing, and boating. When
he is not playing a game of tennis, or spending time on the water, he enjoys watching
sports. He is a big fan of the Los Angeles Angels, Dodgers, Lakers, and Ducks. He loves
rooting for his teams, and taking in a live baseball or basketball game.
