According to a Harvard Business Review Report, 79% of companies are either using or planning to use social media channels, but only 12% believe they are using them effectively. At the same time, 90% of professional communicators in another study reported that they have to figure things out on their own and receive no training. Join Dr. William J. Ward (a.k.a.
