This document describes a dashboard called the KnowledgeEdge IS Support Center dashboard that monitors key metrics of an organization's IT department's performance over time. The dashboard charts metrics like call volume, call abandonment rates, response and resolution times, backlogs, and customer satisfaction. It allows users to spot emerging issues early and assess whether service level agreements are being met. Drill-down functionality provides more detailed underlying data behind each metric. The dashboard is a product of Health Care DataWorks that aims to help organizations improve operations and reduce costs.
