• Each of the systems comes with the
integration piece provided as part of the
system to link to the other.
• P6 Enterprise has the integration piece
while P6 standalone does not.
• The integration of the two systems is as
simple as configuring the location of the
two systems.

• The Project P6 Schedule must be in the
system for it to be linked to the PCM
Project.
• The PCM Project must be in the system
for it to be linked to the Project P6
Schedule.

schedule activities of the daily report
period. (Activities that Start, Finish or In-

imported into P6 System

is updated.

Payment Requisition
• Upon review and approval, P6 schedule
data is ready for use.
• The Payment Requisition for the Payment
Period is created and SOV items linked to
the Schedule Activities.
• “Update This Period” is selected and the
Activity % Complete data populates the
SOV % Complete, thus creating a
billing/payment based on the Schedule.

• Beneficial to utilize the Oracle Primavera Contract
Management – P6 integration
• Provided with each systems & easy to set-up
• Time and effort is saved in just utilizing the project
daily report activities to update the project
schedule and in turn update and calculate the
payment requisition schedules of values.
