Darfur, a region in Sudan, has experienced ongoing conflict and humanitarian crisis as the Janjaweed militia has burned and attacked villages, causing mass starvation, killing over 2.3 million people. Refugee camps have formed as many Darfurians, especially girls, face daily rape and violence while protesting the fighting and lack of aid.
