Red Digital credentials presentation (February 2012)Red Digital
This document summarizes the services provided by a digital marketing agency called The Company. The Company has over 50 digitally experienced professionals and over 115 combined years of experience in the digital space. It has offices in Mumbai, Gurgaon, and is opening centers in other major Indian cities. The Company specializes in social media management, application development, and digital convergence to build online communities. It manages over 5 million social media fans for its clients. The Company provides various social media services including customizing Facebook pages, Twitter management, and developing mobile apps and websites. It has experience managing major brands like Mumbai Indians, Slice, Educomp, and Mirinda on social media.
Mobile marketing techniques have evolved from SMS text messaging and mobile applications to include location-based services, QR/barcodes, and mobile video, as most American homes now have mobile web-capable devices, though many websites still need to become mobile-friendly to fully capitalize on this growing channel. Case studies show how brands like H&M, Adidas, and others have successfully used mobile strategies like SMS coupons, mobile banners, and event alerts to drive traffic, sales, and customer engagement. The document advocates developing a mobile strategy and deciding whether to create a mobile website or app to better serve customers anytime, anywhere.
Restaurants To Go: Mealtime Goes MobilePurplegator
In 2013 and beyond, mobile devices are increasingly becoming the vehicle of choice to order food online for takeout or delivery. Whether it's to simply check a restaurant's phone number, its locations, and hours of operation, to reviewing menus and ordering and paying for that order in one transaction, consumers want the flexibility of using a mobile device.
Yet, while almost 50% of all restaurant searches are done via a mobile device, only 7% of restuarants have a responsively designed website to provide an optimal experience no matter which screen a consumer is accessing their business.
ATS Mobile senior marketing executive Brad Bierman reviews the importance of a responsively designed website coordinated with a robust mobile marketing campaign; including SMS text, customized QR codes, website design, and geo-targeting/fencing features of mobile advertising that will satisfy the mobile appetite of hungry consumers.
This document discusses digital advertising strategies and tactics. It outlines how search engine marketing can target customers actively shopping or researching. It also discusses search engine optimization, retargeting customers who visited a website to help move them down the sales funnel, and multi-channel real-time bidding to reach customers across devices. The document provides examples of using social media advertising on Facebook and YouTube to increase online traffic, shares, and conversions. It also presents strategies for native advertising and setting up an analytical framework to optimize digital campaigns.

Big data is helping media companies in many ways:
1) It allows them to better target advertising, promote content, and reduce subscriber churn.
2) Companies are using big data to inform decisions about content acquisition, pricing, and automated placement of advertising.
3) Some challenges around big data include the complexity of integrating diverse data sources and managing the costs of storing and analyzing unstructured data.
