I have attached for your review and consideration my resume. I meet or exceed all of yourstated qualifications.
There are three reasons to strongly consider my candidacy.
First, I have used my critical thinking techniques to quickly deliver results. In 2013, I was responsible for teams
of 20 to 25 people at Dollar Tree Stores Inc. where I was Assistant Store Managerand Freight Manager. I was able
to quickly devise and implement plans to help keep a constant freight flow and was able to schedule my teams in
such a way to maximize productivity and sales within my stores.
Second, my supervisors and peers have selectedme for leadership positions. In 2014, I was promoted to Team
Leader at Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop within three months of my employment with the company. My superiors
recognized my work ethic and dedication to the company, and also, the way my peers would ask me questions in
regards to workplace questions and issues and I would be able to provide them with answers and solutions.
Third, I am always seeking new challenges in order to expand my comfort zone. Time management and
multitasking have been difficult for me in the past.This is a challenge that I met head on when I was selected for
leadership. This position requires that I be able to prioritize my day and my tasks from top to lowest priority and be
able to work on several tasks at a time. I have embraced this challenge and can now easily multitask and manage my
time effectively and efficiently to maximize my productivity.
