Weathering and erosion can damage rocks and landforms over time. Weathering causes cracks in rocks from weather exposure. Erosion sculpts the landscape by sand and water wearing away exposed surfaces like mountains and islands, cutting into the earth and leaving cracks and indentations. Strong storms and waves contribute to weathering by causing further cracks and damage to cliff faces and rocky structures.

2. Weathering This is weathering and this is a picture of a rock that had gotten cracked because of the weathering. This other picture is somewhere where they get a lot of very bad weathering because there are so many cracks that were caused by weathering.

3. Erosion This mountain has been Damaged by erosion. Erosion has been caused by the sand getting pushed away. Which it is making cracks.

4. EROSION The 1 st picture is showing how the sand is cutting inside of the Earth and making sand dews. The 2 nd picture is showing how the waves are hitting the island and making the island slant over the water. This is erosion.

5. Weathering The 1 ST picture shows the cracks creating in all the rocks and causes weathering. The 2 nd picture shows how if a hurricane or tropical storms hits it can dent the rocks and damage clift in the picture.
