Title: Lead LTO/Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Duties: I am the Lead in the Warehouse Shipping and Receiving plus Lead over all the warehouse LTO drivers.
Loading and Unloading of trucks. Doing the BOL( both Interplant and outside Vendors), filing all BOL and paperwork
for the warehouse, Estating System, MRM System, making invoice tickets for the materials (both Interplant and
outside Vendors). Doing the First day back meeting. Keeping all Plant Vehicles updated with their taxes and
maintenance. Turning in invoices so accounts can be paid in a timely manner. Doing the weekly cycle counts in the
warehouse and monthly count. When I started with shaw I was the Finishing Line LTO operating the Lift Truck/
Running the LTO Clerks Job/ Robot Attendant on Night Shift Finishing Line. I have trained the newest LTO Driver on
their duties as well as the job of the Clerk. Cleaning of the warehouse and doing Inventory. Filling in on the line for
bathroom breaks/break time or when we are a person short. William Simmons (Back Finishing Lead 2nd shift) has
already started to train me on the Duties and Responsibilities of the Back Lead position. So I was able to cover for
him in times of vacation or sickness. I have been Lead forklift driver. While serving in the Navy I was a Fire team
Leader then made Squad Leader. I believe that the person should learn/train for the job ahead of them as well as
