MARKET WRAP
Indian market ended down 0.80%; Nifty down 46 pts & Sensex down 146 pts.
German Producer Price Index m/m came as expected at 0.1% versus 0.0%.
European markets were green with CAC leading, Dow future was up 62 pts.

Indian markets remained volatile today and small cap and midcap stocks faced more
selling pressure than large cap stocks. Nifty was down 46 pts to end at 5567 & Sensex
was down 151 pts to settle at 18502. Euro markets were in green with FTSE up 64 pts
at 5789, DAX up 35 pts at 7228 & CAC up 62 pts at 3757. Dow future was up 62 pts.

Stock Recommendation
CapitalHeight’s stock recommendation for 21/07/2011 is Petronet LNG.

Petronet LNG has been in overall uptrend for the past 6 months despite negative
market cues. The stock is in uptrend channel making higher tops and higher bottoms
and stock today has broken its upward resistance line and ended up more than 3% at
153.50 after making fresh all time high of 154.40. We expect Petronet LNG to continue
etronet
its uptrend and make a higher top at around 160 in the near term.

Our recommendation on Petronet LNG is BUY above 154.5 for the TG of 156 and 159.
