This document describes a daily yoga class that varies throughout the week to provide a dynamic practice experience. Each class focuses on developing strength, flexibility, proper breathing, and energy sensitivity through signature breathing postures that help gather energy in the core, leaving students feeling strong, calm, and fresh. The class includes a warm up, 30-40 minute core practice of stretching, breathing, and strengthening postures along with energy gathering and meditation, followed by a cool down and tea time for sharing experiences.
