The document presents an experimental study on the corrosion characteristics of various corrugated roofing sheets, including aluminum, galvanized steel, plastic, and asbestos, under different environmental conditions in Nigeria. The experiment, lasting 70 days, evaluated weight loss and corrosion rates by immersing samples in acidic, alkaline, seawater, and rainwater. Results indicated that coated samples demonstrated higher resistance to corrosion, highlighting the importance of material selection and corrosion management in construction.
