Accounts Payable Duties
 Process all purchases (Supplier Invoices) and refunds (Credit Notes)
 Analyse purchases by expense type (coding invoices)
 Obtain invoice authorisation
 Accountfor the correcttreatment ofVAT on expense invoices
 Set-up and maintain supplier accounts
 Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve differences
 Deal with supplier accountqueries via telephone,email and fax and resolve queries promptly
 Resolve significantissues (e.g.final demand letters)
 Send outremittance advices
 Process cheque requisitions
 Monitor accruals for Managementaccounts
 To journal out and move costs between projects as required
