Czech, EPO, US, Eurasian, & Japanese patents granted for “Interferometric system with spatial carrier frequency capable of imaging in polychromatic radiation” 
The author team has been awarded “Werner von Siemens Excellence Award 2013” for the invention. 
The patents were filed within the collaboration with the TESCAN ORSAY HOLDING, a.s.The award from Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade received. 
Start-up company established in September 2014
