THE INSURANCE CLAIM PROCESS
HAZARD ASSESSMENT
Asbestos: Prior to implementing any removal of structure
materials in houses older than the year 1990, a Cypress
Construction & Restoration
Ltd representative will have all
affected materials inspected
by a certified hygienist to
determine if these materials
contain dangerous levels
of asbestos. Asbestos
contaminated products will
be removed by a certified
abatement company. Cypress
is committed to the safety of
employees & home or business owners.
Mold: Should visible or
hidden mold be found
on site prior to or during
the demolition process
that is directly related to
your insurance claim, we
will at that time contact
your insurance adjuster
to see if required mold
abatement costs will be covered by your insurance
claim. Regardless of who is responsible for covering the
mold abatement costs, rest assured that Cypress will
use the same certified hygenists & abatement crews
required to insure employee & home or business owner
safety.
