This document outlines three levels of training for a Christian youth organization called CYIA: Level One Basic Training is for first year students and returnees and teaches how to share the gospel, teach evangelistic Bible lessons, counsel for salvation, and use games for ministry. Level Two Advance Training is for students who complete Basic Training and allows earning college credit, learning how to construct Bible lessons more effectively, and becoming engaged in leadership. Level Three Leadership Training is for students who finish Advance Training and are ready for leadership roles, where they will learn about leadership, conflict resolution, time management, and continual discipleship.
