Real-time remote monitoring and control system for underground pipelinesIJECEIAES
Underground pipelines suffer from corrosion in soil layers, and this corrosion is accelerated with the increasing of soil thickness due to more water contained. Cathodic protection (CP) is one of the most common methods for controlling corrosion of metals. Its popularity returns to the fact that CP system is simple, cheap, and suitable for many industrial applications. The drawback of the available CP systems is the need to go to the site for gathering data using classical instruments and methods, which is tedious, dangerous, uneconomic, and inaccurate. The main objective of this paper is to present a real-time remote monitoring and control (RT-RMC) system for any CP platform. The work started with implementation of an industrial-like CP prototype to realize the desired task. The implemented CP system consists of two famous CP methods, the sacrificial anodes (SACP) and the impressed current (ICCP). After that, the RT-RMC system is implemented with two techniques, global system for mobile communications (GSM), and web of things (WoT) to facilitate monitoring and control tasks. Experimental results are obtained for voltage and current measurements with different environments, disturbance, and pipe coatings.
The Walker RTK with geometer mobile app is a compact and easy-to-use ideal tool for 3D surveying manholes, sidewalks, curbs, steps, landscaping, mapping trenches, and underground utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and sewer lines.
Walker RTK is a dual-frequency GNSS receiver (L1, L2) for high-precision coordinate surveying in RTK (Real Time Kinematic) mode.
The package includes the Walker RTK GNSS receiver, Helical antenna, bracket for attaching a smartphone to the receiver, geometer SCOUT mobile app, carton box packaging, or optional transportation case.
A Helical antenna is suitable for 90% of tasks, but if desired, you can connect a classic geodesic antenna through the SMA connector. If necessary, the receiver can be attached to milestones and used as a classic surveying RTK receiver. The receiver has a standardized 5/8" thread that fits virtually all accessories (milestones, tripods, etc.).
The Walker RTK GNSS receiver housing is made of a rugged aluminum alloy with a special coating. This makes the device highly resistant to shock and protects it from mechanical damage.
Design and implementation of an oil leakage monitoring system based on wirel...IJECEIAES
Monitoring pipeline leaks is one of the recent hot studies. Leakage may occur because of time corrosion in the tube raw materials. To reduce the negative consequences of this leak, an effective leak detection system is used to prevent serious leakage accidents and damage in oil pipelines. Buildings, ecosystems, air pollution, and human life are all at risk in case of leakage occurs which could lead to fires. This paper introduces one of the research methods for the detection of pipeline leaks with a particular focus on software-based methods. The computer board interface (CBI) and wireless sensor networks have been used beside Arduino as a micro-monitor for the entire system. ZigBee is also utilized to send read data from sensors to the monitoring system displayed on the LabVIEW graphical user interface (GUI). The operator can take direct action when a leak occurs. The effectiveness of the leakage monitoring process and its practical use are demonstrated by the introduction of computerized techniques based on pressure gauge analysis on a specific pipeline in the laboratory. The result showed that the system is widely covered, accurate data transmission and robust real-time performance which reduces economic losses and environmental pollution.

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).

6. Describe the problem that the project is intended to solve
a. Problem description
Problems of the cargo industry:
1. THEFT:
- loss of goods and/or causing them serious harm on the network of roads and Railways (for some
positions, such as oil products can reach up to 37%);
- mechanical sealing devices (shut-off and indicator sealing devices) are not a serious obstacle for
intruders, they are easily opened and closed again without external damage, irrespective of the stated
degree of resistance to criminal influences;
- 30,000 railway cars per year is lost in the territory of the post-Soviet space
- 10-15% per year cars stolen
2. The high cost of transportation:
- the absence of a unified cargo sealing solution (multimodal transportations)
- the high cost of cargo insurance
- the need for human intervention in support of cargoes
3. The absence of legally relevant tools for monitoring and fixing:
- accurate data on the time and date of arrival
- places of cargo theft
- cargo loading / unloading quality, the operating conditions of the rolling stock and cargo transportation
b. Please provide links to research and materials that support the importance and currency of the
indicated problem

Comments In the current economic environment of the Russian Federation
locking and sealing devices are "regolini stone" arbitration judicial
proceedings in the matters of loss, shortage, damage and loss
of cargo. Extremely low crime resistance mechanical locking and
sealing devices, the lack of an objective means of monitoring their
condition without human intervention causing huge losses to all
participants in the process of transportation. The main materials
confirming the relevance of the raised problems may make awards
of arbitral tribunals and the decision of the Supreme arbitration
court. All other company data owners and carriers of freight,
insurance and leasing companies are confidential and biased nature

production of mechanical sealing devices by making the electronic components as mounted additions
to the locking and sealing devices. This decision dramatically increased the cost of sealing of goods and
postavlja to develop persistent criminal device. We went the other way, has developed an electronic
saprono sealing device taking into account the dynamics of development of legislation in the field
of electronic document management and the exclusion of a person from manufacturing operations,
replacing it by the means of the measurements included in the State registry and inclusion in the seal
of the electronic digital signature. We have one seal is designed for all possible fasteners for packaging,
containers, vehicles and cargo. Domestic competitors electronic components can be used in limited ways
and only as a device GLONASS tracking.
