a. Problem description
Problems of the cargo industry:
1. THEFT:
- loss of goods and/or causing them serious harm on the network of roads and Railways (for some
positions, such as oil products can reach up to 37%);
- mechanical sealing devices (shut-off and indicator sealing devices) are not a serious obstacle for
intruders, they are easily opened and closed again without external damage, irrespective of the stated
degree of resistance to criminal influences;
- 30,000 railway cars per year is lost in the territory of the post-Soviet space
- 10-15% per year cars stolen
2. The high cost of transportation:
- the absence of a unified cargo sealing solution (multimodal transportations)
- the high cost of cargo insurance
- the need for human intervention in support of cargoes

- accurate data on the time and date of arrival

Comments In the current economic environment of the Russian Federation
locking and sealing devices are "regolini stone" arbitration judicial
proceedings in the matters of loss, shortage, damage and loss
of cargo. Extremely low crime resistance mechanical locking and
sealing devices, the lack of an objective means of monitoring their
condition without human intervention causing huge losses to all
participants in the process of transportation. The main materials
confirming the relevance of the raised problems may make awards
of arbitral tribunals and the decision of the Supreme arbitration

Electronic seal CyberCAT is a universal solution for use instead:

on shipping containers and cargo road transport;
3. mechanical force seals (“H” high-security seal locking and sealing devices on the freight cars with the
force at break of up to 12 - 20kN).
CyberCAT eliminates inefficient commercial inspection and maintenance of cargo to localize the search
area for the stolen cargo insurance companies to significantly reduce the rates of reinsurance companies
