MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Process improvements in preparing reconciliation of payables versus trial balance; generating SOA or
Statements of Accounts for intercompany receivables; Service Cost Journal Entries, Project GP (Gross
Profit) Bridge, Proposed Projects for Closing and Project Multiple Deliverables reports. I conducted
clean-up and prepared specifications and proposals of the reports from manual preparation to
automated generation of reports for all APAC market units and coordinated with our programmer. The
programs created had great impact in efficiency and effectiveness of the reports. Consequently, we
had a lot of time savings. I was one of the in-charged for the successful migration of AR and projects
of ENP Hong Kong (Dec2011), ENP Malaysia (Jul 2013) and projects accounting data of ENP Philippines
(Mar2013) from Oracle Diana to Oracle Onida. Furthermore, I also handled migration of AR & Projects
for ENP Singapore; and general ledger for ENP Sweden Market unit by completing all required users
