cutting infrastructure costs and improving processing performance.

● I Redesigned the routing numbers resolution for Number Portability Project which allows
clients to change service provider keeping his personal isdn number.

different departments including Anti-Fraud, Revenue Assurance, Legal, Traffic and Marketing
● I Improved ETL process to collect data from different network elements to provide traffic
information to BSS, Anti fraude, legal, marketing and data warehouse systems
implementing processes in C++, shell scripting, Python and Oracle.
● I Took part in the Implementation of the Interconnection calls charges system which
saved %30 of interconnection cost.
● I leaded the technical aspects in Radio Calls Rating System project which process
30.000.000 radio calls a day, reducing the BSCS workload to complete in time calls and
sms daily rating.
● I developed and implemented a cloned equipment detection system process for anti-
fraud system reducing the company reposition costs.
● I developed a defaulter customers detection system on new subscriptions list
implementing a version of Levenshtein text algorithm in C++ and Python.
● I participated in the recovery of 3 months of traffic data lost on a massive data storage
failure.
● I participated in the requirements analysis of BSCS IX upgrade workshop.
