2. • In the beginning of the year 1999, and During the Lebanese recession, established a new S.A.R.L.
company which is “LEBANESE GREEN WOOD CO. S.A.R.L.” and moved to open the Iraqi
market and landed more than fourteen contracts with Government Of Iraq through the M.O.U
between Iraq & the United Nation, which has been all successfully executed and fulfilled, and,
below is the list of the contracts signed and executed in IRAQ:
1. Ministry of Industry & Minerals (5 contracts for supplying: wood, metal sheets, Stainless
Steel sheets & Tubes, furniture clothes, and, furniture fittings)
2. Ministry of Culture & Higher Education (4 contracts for supplying: Schools, Universities
and Laboratories’ Stainless Steel furniture & supplies, and, 15.000 computers)
3. Ministry of Trade (3 Contracts for supplying: Wood, Milk Powder and Metallic Sandwich
Panels).
4. Ministry of Justice (2 Contracts for supplying: Office supplies and Computers with
accessories).
• In the year 2003, submitting a tender for full construction of the KHARTOUM SPORT CITY and, building
good contacts in Khartoum – SUDAN, for any future projects or business…
• In the year 2004, established owned and managed a Telecommunication company and worked in the
IT, Telecom and Communication business in the Lebanese, Syrian, Iraqi and Jordanian Markets, and
keeping an eye for any possible project or contract for LEBANESE GREEN WOOD CO SARL.
• In the second half of 2005 worked for six months in DUBAI – UAE, with AL HANDAL GEN
TRDG. CO. as an assistant GM, for executing some contracts with the US Army in Iraq, and
construction materials trading in the GCC, mainly in UAE, QATAR, AFGHANISTAN & KSA.
• From July 2006 up till March 2007, Worked as an Executive Manager, for Falcon Design –
Qatar, Joinery & Wooden Manufacturing Firm, Leaded a team of 55 people, executed more than
24 projects for Wooden Doors, Turn-Key projects for different kinds of shops. Gained powerful
and great PR all over Qatar…etc
• From March 2007 up to June 2009, worked as an operational Manager in 4-All Global Group
the international company that worked in the Qatari Market in the real estate .executing too
many projects in the real estate market.
• From September 2009 up till February 2012, Established an Offshore company EXPROM SAL –
Lebanon, worked as a CEO / GM of the company was specially working for the Iraqi market in
the Fuel Oil sector, and General Trading .
• From April 2012 up till November 2013, established and operated a Lebanese Restaurant and
Café FEIROUZY – Erbil – Kurdistan – Iraq. A Lebanese Restaurant in a 5 stars Hotel in Erbil.
