Research Topics
Code and Decoder Design for the Uplink Relay-aided Channel
• Proposed a decode-and-forward based lattice coding scheme for multiple-access relay channel.
• Proposed a compute-and-forward based lattice coding scheme for multiple-access relay channel.
• Characterization the achievable rates of both coding schemes by novel error analysis.
Diversity-multiplexing Gain Tradeoff Analysis
• Characterization the diversity-multiplexing gain tradeoff of multiple-access relay channel with
finite code length.
• Characterization the diversity-multiplexing gain tradeoff of point-to-point MIMO channel with
constellation shaping on space-time codes
Constellation Shaping on Space-time Codes
• Proposed the HNF-based cubic shaping to reduce PAR of space-time codes.
• Proposed the cubic shaping based on integer-reversible matrix factorizations to reduce PAR of
space-time codes.
Code and Decoder Design for the Downlink Channel
• Implementation of lattice-based dirty-paper coding for the MIMO broadcast channel and cognitive
radio with channel state information at transmitter.
