 Follow-up for payment, inquiry, discrepancy & other remittances related issues.
 Compilation of document for audit purpose when / if required.
 Maintenance / updating of Records/ Files for all Inward/Outward transactions and their proper
archival at defined location.
 To carry out spot checks to ensure that self-investigated deficiencies and those identified by
Internal or external regulators/Auditors are regularized immediately.
 To provide technical guidance to Customers/Branches when needed.
 Follow all relevant divisional/departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures
and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
 Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems,
processes and practices within the function, taking into account ‘international best practice’,
improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
