managed various crucial functions and currently I handle Quality functions
of Tops division (Woven / Knit) at Levi Strauss & Co. I have hands on
experience in managing Production, Production Planning, Quality
assurance, Product development and Sourcing. Have an excellent
leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• I started my career as Junior Merchandiser at Hamosons Exports
group of Hajee Moosa & Co. Chennai Manufacturers and
Exporters of apparels of all categories.
• Subsequently upgraded to Merchandiser Knit & woven Tops
where I am responsible for one Buyer Bugle Boy. Working on
Timelines and follow up with factories and ensure smooth
execution of sampling and bulk production.
• Moved on as Production Manager in the same concern where I
was responsible for production of Knit garment unit.
• Moved to Tirupur and took responsibility of Production manager
where I was looking after 6 in house factories of Suriya Apparels
(750 machines in total).
• Upgraded as GM Operations where I was looking after Planning
and monitoring of total operations at In house factories and Out
sourcing as well
• Moved to well-known Buying house Asmara Apparels Pvt. Ltd as
Quality manager and moved Fifth Avenue Sourcing Pvt. Ltd as
Manager Operations and Quality.

♦ Accountable for monitoring and freezing the time and action plan of bulk production, sampling, and delivery
schedules; supervising following activities:
♦ Freeze the Process flow like fabric knitting, processing, garmenting, garment dyeing, printing, washing and
finishing processes. Ensure technical support to vendors for overcoming production and Quality issues at all
stages.
♦ Provide bulk approvals on print, wash and garment treatment based on the initial client approval.
