2. DUTIES
• Filling document and controlling files.
• Plan and organise bookings arrangements, travels flight, transport, accommodation, venue, meeting workshop
and department event.
• General administration, telephone etiquette and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Draft memos, completion of S&T and cell phone claims forms, conduct screening of applications.
• Capturing of application forms on database.
• Handle the oversee application of policy, procedures and prescripts of all personnel matters regarding salaries,
pension, leave, allowance.
• Assist in developing training modules and content and implement bursary programmes.
• Handle the administrative process with regard to recruitment and selection which include: adverting of
vacancies, scheduling of application forms, shortlisting and interviews.

• Ensure the capturing of data of PERSAL system and Liaise with GEPF regarding pension matters.

translation, resettlement and transfer.
