CUTTING AND FLUIDS REINJECTION.
MOBALAZIE, OPERATING AND MAINTAINING EQUIPMENTS
Operate cutting reinjection equipment’s. With setting up auger from rig shaker to Baker
High G drying shaker. The underflow transfer to grinding tanks and prepare the slurry for
reinjection to Annular.
Operate TRIPLEX HT400 high pressure pump for reinjection fluids to well via annular
line.
Operate Halliburton SV 400 Vacuum unit whilst tank cleaning.
Equipment’s, Auger system, Derrick high G shaker, two grinding tank complete with
submersible pump, 500bbls storage tank, SV 400 vacuum and Wilden pumps. High
pressure TRIPLEX HT400 Pump.

SUPERVIS ON MOBALIZE, DEMOBALIZE ,OPERATING AND MAINTAINING

 Worked as Operation Team Leader (OTL) with Baker Hughes SSA_Uganda. I
have been working at the Well-site onshore for TOTAL E&P Uganda &
TULLOW OIL PLC(Uganda). Operation comprise with installation rigging up
and rig down on rig move, Odering spare parts, daily and weekly preventive
maintenance planning and also comprise of Centrifuging, De-watering and
handling surface solid control equipment with ZERO Discharge for High
performance Water Base Mud.
 Prepared and complete well recap for clients and organize transportation for
cutting disposal and rig move.
 Equipments:1) Dewatering unit, Centrifuges, Augers, Shale shaker, Compressor,
Generator, Cutting tanks, Wilden pumps, seepax pump and Twin pot filtration
unit.
 Reason quit: No extension contract from Client. End of drilling activity
BAKER HUGHES FES MALAYSIA / BRUNEI:[ June 2008 to May
2012]
MOBALIZE, OPERATING AND MAINTAINING EQUIPMENTS ON LOCATION
 Worked onsite as FES Supervisor with Baker Hughes Malaysia for TOTAL
Malaysia (Off-shore) more than three years on HTHP well. Operation comprise
of Centrifuging, Cutting dryer with augers, Mud coolers and filtration unit, also
emphasized on Pre-job equipment inspection, installation of equipment with
Zero Discharge. Maintenances and reporting.
 Worked onsite as FES Supervisor with Baker Hughes Malaysia for Brunei Shell
(Off-shore). Operation comprise of Centrifuging, Cutting dryer with augers and
filtration unit. Also comprise with MOTF Slurry system using flowzan to
increase the viscosity of drill cutting before pump to the well and stand by boat.
 Also worked onsite as FES Supervisor with Baker Hughes Malaysia for Brunei
Shell (Off-shore), in Australia for Conoco Philips and in India for Reliance oil
Corp. Rigging up(Installations) and operation comprise of Centrifuging, Cutting
dryer with augers and filtration unit.
 Operate equipment’s for sluryfication and reinjection.

BHD for Shell in Australia, Patronas Carigali in Malaysia, Murphy Oil in
Malaysia, Shell Miri in Malaysia and Reliance Oil in India. Operation comprise of
Centrifuging, Cutting dryer with augers, DE press filtration unit, maintenance of
equipment, troubleshooting, rig up prior to job, inspection reporting ect.
 Worked in MI Mud plant at kemaman supply base Malaysia for Petronas Carigali
project.
