Sterile Liquid and Lyophilized vials production supervisor at Patheon Inc. I
schedule materials and operators to ensure the planned production in
compliance with GMP rules and with internal SOPs.
Part of the job is supervising and controlling constantly the production batch
from the solution preparation to the crimping phase.
Dealing with the production issues I am growing in problem solving, planning
activities and operational flow.
EXPERIENCE
Patheon - Sterile Area Supervisor - June 2014-ongoing
Supervisor in a sterile production department two productive lines (one for
liquids and one for lyophilized) with around 30 different process and products.
Management of thirty people by each shift guaranteeing production schedule as
well as compliance to SOPs and QA department.
Continuous improvement of the department with lean production techniques
and application of QdB approach to new products and process. Successful
organization of FDA and regulatory inspection as well as audits.
