4. History
I have been worked for Cairo Oil Refining Company (CORC), a leading refining company in Egypt Since January 23 rd
1995 until now, As a Chief System Engineer & Network Designer and Administrator. Beginning my work as a one of the 1st
IT staff in the company and carried out the following projects:
• Operate IBM AS/400 Midrange.
• Establish 1st
technical support team in the company.
• Study - with the 1st
IT staff - the company network and troubleshoots its performance and bottle-nicks.
• Prepare step by step training courses for the company employees (5000+) making them familiar with the new
computer system in the company including prepare Course Materials & environments (projectors – training AD’s –
trainee computers ...etc).
