The short introduction is 3 sentences, stating the person's name, their company, and length of time in their current job. The objectives of the meeting are also stated. The long introduction is 5 sentences providing additional details such as current position responsibilities and reporting manager. The objectives of the meeting are again stated.

Hi. I’m ______. (breath in slowly and pretend to think for 2 seconds)
I’m the HID Engineer from ______ Corp. (breath in again slowly)
I’ve been in my present job for __ years now.
My objectives for this meeting are to find out more about the business
requirements of your company.
(Smile, look towards the next person so that they know its time to
introduce themselves).
