product, the more success you will have
• Familiarise yourself with the products and market you
are in
• Understand that not everyone you contact will become
your customer, but stay positive no matter what

2. Prospects who do not get involved
with the ACN Opportunity
3. Everyone else – warm market
Remember, most customers
• Buy emotionally, not logically
• Are not technical
• Don’t think savings is the most motivating factor
• Feel great about supporting someone they know
• Respond positively to the CORRECT APPROACH

• Set appropriate product expectations
• Clearly explain to the customer all their rights
Remember…
• Not everyone will say YES
• Don’t get upset because someone won’t try
your service
• Someone who says NO today could say YES tomorrow
• To think like a business and not get emotional
