Cut fabric 7” x 15 3/4” or place pattern on fold and cut one piece.

Cut 2 pieces of 3/4” wide regular or Snag-Free Velcro, 5 3/4” long.

Cut fusible fleece 7 1/4” x 6” or use inner shaded area of pattern. (For thin
fleece, you may use 2 layers.)
