Roxane worked for Alstom University from December 2014 to December 2015, where she was responsible for several training projects in East Asia Pacific. She launched an internal trainer community, analyzed training needs, and supervised learning management across 9 countries. Roxane also prepared data for governance meetings, presented key learning figures to stakeholders, and managed a back office team. Through her flexible and proactive work, she consistently met deadlines while anticipating future challenges. Roxane has strong analytical skills, is patient and enjoys new challenges, and was well appreciated by colleagues.

I had the chance to recruit and supervise the work of Roxane with Alstom University from
December 2014 to December 2015.
Alstom
University supports the Businesses in achieving their goals through enriching the learning
culture in the organization with an aimto enhance the skills & knowledge to contribute to
both Alstom’s and individual’s success.
Roxane was in charge of several projects within Alstom University in East Asia Pacific: She had
to launch, and animate the internal trainer community in the Region; she analyzed the training
need of the individual and the needs coming from the businesses. And we supervised the
learning management in the Region, supporting 9 countries.
She was preparing and analyzing data for the Governance organized quarterly and was
presenting the key figures of learning to the local stakeholders.
Roxane was controlling the back office team and was able to make decisions when an issue was
raised.
She became the key point of contact in East Asia Pacific for the employees, trainers, sites, local
HRs and Businesses fromdifferent sectors.
All these successful projects demonstrated that Roxane was very flexible and pro-
active. She always met her deadlines, while at the same time identifying and anticipating
future difficulties.
Roxane has a lot of qualities;
she is patient and has strong analytical skills that she continued to develop through her
mission. She loves taking new challenges. She also was well appreciated by all the colleagues in
Singapore, as well in all the EAP countries.
All these reasons convince me that Roxane is a key element that will fit within a work team.
