I, Nisia Karep, am currently working with OKtedi Limited , in the mining department as a
Trainer/Assessor and I have been Training and Up Skill RH200 Face Shovels and
Excavators for the last 4 years and to increase efficiency, Dig Rate, instant Dig Rate and
Hourly Tonne and had a positive results and I was awarded Trips to other Newcrest Mine in
the world and currently doing the same work here at Oktedi .
I have keen interest in utilising my training skills, knowledge and experience and I would
