Chief Information Officer (CIO), managing a 2 million budget and a team of hundred
people, inside an operation of 12 casinos, one racetrack and 60 betting outlets
nationwide. During my management major milestones have been:
 First American casino with slots interconnected by wireless. Cost reduction greater
than 50% and access to multiple services in casino´s infrastructure.
 Increased availability of critical business systems, migrating to a MPLS WAN
redundant fiber network, virtualizing and centralizing all critical systems to a private
cloud with heavy investment in security.
 Consolidation of operational management with the implantation of a single system
for finance, operation and marketing for Casinos. Impact on cost savings of 0.5
million per year.
 Implementation of core systems (CRM, SAP, IP Telephony, Gaming Tables
Management, Business Intelligence, F&B, ECM, and Horse Betting System).
Product Manager, with high impact on achieving revenues in Slot area (70MM 80MM
annual) through the selection, acquisition, optimization and product management of slot
gaming. Also in charge of the Technical Service with actions such as unification of
suppliers, implementation of preventive maintenance and on-site support and
construction of warehouses and repair shops themselves. As a result:
