Cricket Wireless is a prepaid wireless service provider in the United States. Cricket Wireless
offers voice, text, and data and is a wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T Inc. The company is headquartered
in Atlanta, Georgia. IMI providing IMIcampaign services to Cricket Wireless for better customer
engagement, service promotion and churn reduction.
Responsibilities
 IMIcampaign solution deployment with all required configurations as per initial
requirements from Cricket and allocating the infrastructure as needed.
 Understanding Business requirements from IMI-Business and Cricket’s marketing teams
and providing specifications to developers on the changes need in IMIcampaign solution
with proper SOW documentation.
 Configuring monitoring alerts/apps using shell script for Cricket service monitoring and
resolving issues based on alerts received.
