He is a culture enthusiast and strives to help organizations
create a culture that drives fulfillment and purpose that aligns
directly with the organization's strategic direction. Ultimately

Kristin is a highly versatile, progressive professional with
over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and
Organizational Development, including: organizational
redesign and change, strategic business planning, culture
and organizational transformations, and executive
coaching. 
Kristin has worked at established Wisconsin companies
such as: Kohler Company, Charter Manufacturing, and
currently at Harley Davidson. She has seen first hand how
strategy and business decisions impact culture and
employee engagement.
