Grace spoke with former students attending UNC-Chapel Hill who felt unprepared for the challenges of college. The students, used to being top performers in high school, struggled with increased competition and felt professors did not support them. Coming from a rural background, the culture shock of a large university proved difficult where they expected more support similar to high school. They felt alone and that only each other understood their experiences.
